The only ones you can get are those you find. Or you can farm some leppa berries, they only take a few hours to grow, and if you use growth mulch, it will take less time. Look it up to find where all the ethers and elixirs are and then find them, while farming the berries. It'll take a while because changing the time on your DS doesn't make them any faster.
