I am asking beacuse we saw manaphy in the movie Pokemon ranger and the temple of the sea,which is a Hoenn movie.

No, it's in the Sinnoh regional PokeDex. Some Sinnoh Pokemon were featured in Hoenn because Diamond and Pearl were soon to be released, like May's Munchlax, James' Mime Jr., and Manaphy.

No, Manaphy is a Sinnoh Pokemon. It is #490 on the, the National Pokedex, and is only obtainable on Gen. IV and Gen. V games.
