Should I choose Luxray or Jolteon?

If its in-game it doesnt matter. Online Battling Jolteon is the serperior choice by far.

How is it the the better choice?
Just wondering because Luxray is my fav pokemon

The stats are better by 2 points buts thats not why i suggested him. Jolteon has higher base speed and special attack making it a great sweeper. Luxray has more natural bulk and its movepool only has a couple of good moves that can abuse that higher Attack stat.
