Volcarona and Moltres are the only Pokemon that have this combonation. They learn Fly as an HM and both have the ability Flame Body. Volcarona has Flame Body as a ntural ability, Moltres has Flame Body as a DW ability.

NOTE: Moltres' DW ability is unreleased

I did not, I didnt put it in because it wasnt released yet, but then I decided to put it in because I knew someone probably would and then I would be out of BA, so I edited it in, and I edited him in like 2 minutes before you answered

Only Volcarona can learn Fly and have Flame Body unless you get Moltres with its special ability Flame Body.
