They would probably use Transform and then use Struggle until one faints. Unless, of course, they got the move Transform from each other, then used Transform forever. Then you would have to quit the game.

One time I had a Budew knowing Water Sport and Absorb against the exact same Budew, and Absorb ran out of PP.
