When my friend's altaria used it, it said it defense rose drasticlly, how much is 'drasticlly'? 3 stages? 4? What level does it increase it by?
P.S. His Altaria got VERY bulky after a use, so I thought it might raised it to the max?
It's 3 stages, or 2.5x. If you use it twice, it raises it max, or 4x.
