In the Pokedex Bulbasaur is the first Pokemon right,But in the facts Arceus is the first Pokemon So who is The first Pokemon???

Bulbasaur is the first Pokemon in the Pokedex.

Arceus is the first Pokemon who came into existence.

It's sort of confusing, but you'll get used to it.
