Well ,u can only get them by trading from another game or by cheating .i dont know exactly how do you find them because I dont think that you have a 2nd gen game to trade them (i dont think it because is hard to find a so old version like gold,silver or crystal ) and it is impossible to trade them from a newer version like ss or hg .
