Nope.

You need to separate matches to capture both Zekrom / Reshiram and Kyurem to fuse them with the Gene Wedge.

Well, yeah, but you can find Black/White Kyurem in the wild in the place where Ghetsis tries to kill you. Can't you just use a Master Ball then?
