Where have the Move Family gone in Pokemon White 2?

I just arrived in Mistralton City in White 2. I need my Vaporeon to remember the move Aurora Beam. I go to the house of where the Move Family was in White, and their not there anymore. Where are they?
And if they have been removed from the game, where is the move remember tutor?

The move relearner is in PTW in the booths, same is a move tutor.
