I really want to have my Deoxys have Psycho Boost. However, I could really only use it once reliably, twice with White Herb. Is this worth it? Are there any other strategies to make Psycho Boost a viable option?
He can lurn recycle. If you use recycle and get it back that would be good. Since you might die too soon, you might need someone to use follow me. Just watch out for moves like eartquake and eruption that hit both opponets.
