How to get to top of abyssal ruins in Black and White 2?

Question

Clicked on the stone that moved on the 1st floor, the one that leads to the second floor, but nothing happened. I want to get the relic crown and trade it to my black game.

This says it has the same layout as the one in Black and White. The database just happens to have a map Here.

Are you sure there's not a diffrent way to move the block that goes to the second floor?

i would imagine  you have to move it by using the command i forgot if its Flash or Strength though
