Can you find a shiny Pokemon in the Safari Zone?

I'm looking for a shiny Zigzagoon.

The last place you want to find a Shiny is in the safari zone.

You know, you can just turn the radio on Thursday for Hoenn music and look around in Bell Tower, Sprout Tower, and Burned Tower for a shiny Zigzagoon. It will be alot easier that way. Trust me. ;)

Yes though they can run away freely.
