How do you experience the Diamond Dust weather in Black & White 2?

So far as I can tell, the Diamond Dust weather phenomenon doesn't appear in B2/W2. I might be wrong, and if it does turn up later it's probably a special event or something.

Because there'a a medal that is rewarded when you experience it, so there must be a Diamond Dust.

0.0 Ah. I never saw one...Well, I don't know when it will show up, but it seems like it's inevitable. It hasn't happened yet, so maybe it's another special event or something.

Diamond dust is a special type of snow that falls in Icirrus City on the 31st of December only. To see it now (and avoid the game's anti-time travelling mechanisms), change the system time and date to 23:58 on the 30th of December, and allow the time to cross naturally onto the 31st while in-game.

Some other dates were previously rumoured, based on the selection of dates applicable in Gen 4. However, in Gen 5 diamond dust is on New Year's Eve only.
