When on a Pokedex page for a Pokemon with ability Stench if you put the cursor over the link it says "The stench may cause the target to flinch" but when you to the stench page it says that it has no in-battle effect. You probably will want to fix this. BTW according to bulbapedia it has a 10% chance of flinching and does not stack with Kings-rock or Razor-claw.

Stench seems to be quite handy! I won't have to use as many repels and.. Well yeah.
First time in a while a meta question has effected my in-game playing of the pokemanz :P
