This user was able to change their name to what it currently is. By going to "my account". I thought you disabled that feature for us?

The first ten min or so a new user can change username.

Yes, this is disabled for older users. Newer users are able to do this, somehow.
I know this because on April Fool's Day, I made a blank account, and the option to change my name was there. Afterward, the feature disappeared.
