Suggestion: Post limit

DEAR THE ALMIGHTY POKEMASTER,

Make it so that you can't ask 5 questions (or some number of that nature) in a row/in a close time span because it clogs up The meta/pokebase/rmt. Thanks for reading this ^.^

You already can't ask 5 questions in a row ;)

The limits are 4 per hour on Pokebase and Meta, and 2 per hour on RMT.
