PokeBase Battle Subway Meta-PokeBase Q&A

Why were you banned? [For Moderator Use]

27 votes

So whenever we ban a user for a length of time of one day or more, us mods post here. This way Pokemaster can go through and unban those who he feels deserve a second chance, or in the case of wrongful banning, such as banning a user because you think (without any solid proof) that it might be a duplicate. This also helps us remember to unban you from temporary bans.

Don't comment on this page unless you have real reasons, it slows down loading.

Please do not make a duplicate and request to be unbanned, because the answer is already no. If you think a user was unjustly banned, just remember Moderators generally do not overturn the decisions of other Moderators.

Ok time to hide stuff. Can you? It takes the page 7-8 seconds to load!
Hiding won't do anything. Pokemaster has to delete the hidden posts, and we try to keep them for temporary bans to remember offenses people have made.
Page runs fine for me.
Probably just my 9-12 MBPS internet.
Are we going to make a collective post for all of kirtdraney's accounts? :P

has recently been a controversial topic and has managed to resurface again over a answering scuffle. They had posted an answer on a question to receive BA but then a second answer was posted by silverdragon which included more information and because of the the person who asked the question removed ShinyFire's BA and gave it to silverdragon instead.

Then ShinyFire flagged silverdragon's answer and spammed his wall with the word theif
The screenshot was zoomed out to 25% and I still couldn't fit it all in so it was pretty intense spam.

EDIT: It seems he is also spam downvoting silverdragon now as silverdragon has received around an additonal 8 / 9 downvotes since the he received BA.

So let's go over the issues here.

  • Spamming a users wall
  • Breaking my rule, which warrants for a temp ban itself
  • Spam downvoting a user

This is unacceptable.

ShinyFire is clearly a point grubber and being incredibly toxic to Pokebase in general.

Permanently IP banned.

Was only a matter of time tbh, I knew he wouldn't listen to what you wrote on his wall and continue to spam ask questions.
He also can't deal with his posts being hidden either, apparently. Keeps flagging a comments that was made on one of his hidden questions, whatever that's going to achieve.
Yay! :D
