I feel upset when I see that I've gotten pretty high in terms of points, but am still a "registered user"... There are many good users that have less than 6000 points...
There aren't any additional privaledges we can give a user below Expert, so it would just be an empty title. Experts already have the min of privaledges that Registered Users don't have.
