I never vote peoples answer\question with no reason but if I have to cuz someone copied or gave a bad\wrong answer I vote down but some people are keeping voteing me down with no reason pokemaster is this fair

plus I have an idea each time someone votes down once he did before the points go down and all when the user wants to vote down there will be a box popin out and the user will write in it why he voted down the question just like commenting only its an explenation

This kind of thing doesn't happen much so I don't think it's a huge problem. But it would be nice for people to comment if they vote down so you can improve things if necessary.

Pkus, that'd be pretty tough to code out. If everyone would be willing to write criticism along with their downvotes, then everything would be fixed.
