I want a username but it's taken. I checked the users activity and hasn't been active for a year. Can we seize it.

No, and I know thiz because when a user wanted to change hiz username to someone elsez username, but PokeMaster said no because therez a chance said user might return (which he did). It would just cause confusion and arguementz if "Dex" would return.

Yes it is possible to do this, if the user has none (or very few) posts and is completely inactive.

Post the request on the username thread and I will get round to it at some point.
