Am I supposed to be seeing "Edit History"?

PM, I am sure you know what this is.

If I can, can you make it so only Experts+ are allowed?

What's wrong with seeing it? It's not like anyone can edit things with the use of that feature.
And some users that do not have editing powers can see what has happened to continuing edited posts (like tournament posts, such as who got eliminated or something).

Users can also look at their Answer edit history to see why it has been edited and what was "wrong" with the information they gave. It's just history of edits, nothing so special about it.

Sort of, yes. I may restrict it to Experts or at least logged-in users. But the feature is a work in progress. There are still bugs with it (the link doesn't appear sometimes).
