I'm gunna make a Kung Fu Panda team and I want to know if its allowed to be posted...

Well I'm not entirely sure, because there really is no point in rating a team that is meant to have a specific set of moves because of the theme. It doesn't really make sense to rate it, or if it is even able to be rated.
I don't mind move sets or change in stats  but the Pokemon will stay the same.
Yeah, we're allowed. There has been a Mother's Day team, a LOZ team, so yes, this is allowed.
I made an angry birds team one time
I was going to do a Halloween Mono-Ghost team, but I didn't have time, patience, or experience.

Well, sometimes.
If you have a theme that is quite restricted, all that people could do is fix up the EVs and Natures. Maybe the item. For example: Any suggestions for my star shaped team? should not be posted, as there aren't really that many star shaped Pokemon aside from Staryu and Starmie.
On the contrary, if you have a team such as: Any suggestions for my Christmas team?, that would be quite accepted, as there are many Pokemon that resemble Christmas themes: Stantler, Starmie, Staryu, Abomasnow, Delibird, Cryogonal....

So only post theme teams that you can change members freely. I'd say if there are 20+ Pokemon related to the theme, you're pretty good.

Yes, they are. There have been several themed teams posted there without and protest, and they are still technically teams, right?
