Like, can you go up a rank from Registered User to let's say Editor?

I remember Pokemaster stating that there were enough editors, and he sent need anymore.

That's why Pokemonblack10 isn't an editor yet.

Pokemaster will give you the rank of editor or expert when he wishes to, uusually you'll have to gain many points and show yourself to be a very helpful member. At the moment though, Pokemaster finds no need to add any more.
