This would allow us to go back and see questions that have no correct answer (which is likely to happen if all answers on the question have downvotes) and answer them.
I would rather have this than "No upvotes". This is because these questions are so many and are likely to have a correct answer, meaning we can just upvote them. But since there are so many of these it will take forever to find one with an incorrect answer. This will be a better way to find a question with no correct answer.
