Your privilege question is not a question...
Either way if you want to find out privaliges just search them. There must be 10+ answering what I think you are saying. Privileges are nothing special or anything to worry about. Just worry about being able to vote.

Anybody can reshow what they themselves have hidden. But if an Editor+ hides it then only an editor+ can reshow it. Editors+ can reshow anything hidden. You should stop wondering about privileges as the only ones you really need are Voting and flagging. The chances of you getting to anything like Expert are slim because very few people do. The chances of you getting a position such as editor is unfortunately next to nothing with almost no one apart from those who have contributed to the site a whole load, got many many points and those who have usually been here around 2 years have got it. :) Just don't set your mind on getting points and privileges as they get you no where in life. Focus on making an impression and becoming part of the community and all that soppy stuff.

Users under 30 points need to have their post approved by a Mod or Editor before it is shown to everybody. If it breaks the rules, they will reject it.

And yeah, me saying that implies that 200 is incorrect, Mew :3
