No location for Tyrogue in Soulsilver or Heartgold

There is no location for Tyrogue in Soulsilver or Heartgold but according to Serebii you can receive Tyrogue from the Karate King in Mt. Mortar.

You are most likely correct. The location guide doesn't have a lot of "special" locations like gifts, starters and so on.

This was fixed in my big round of location updates a few months ago.
