I've noticed a lot of changes but do any of them actually mean anything. (The # of answers has changed either red or green.)
Yes - if the number of answers is in green, that means that the question has a best answer. All unanswered questions say "0 answers" in red. If it's just normal colour then it has some answers but none selected as best answer.
