Skrelp Evolution Error?

Question

On the pokemon DB, it says skrelp evolves at lv 37 with camoflauge, but according to serebii, it says it evolves at lv 48. This could mean that serebii is wrong though, but i'm just wondering because its confusing and I want one for my team.

Have you tried it? The information I've seen says it only needs to know Camouflage, which it learns at level 37. This might be wrong though.

No, I haven't gotten the chance because I have X, but If im lucky enough to steal one from the GTS, then ill give it a shot, since its gonna be on my team anyways.
