Question

None of the pokemon in this group (previously known as No Eggs) are able to breed, thus do not produce any eggs. The group mostly consists of legendary and baby pokemon.

I wouldn't say that's incorrect. When it says "thus do not produce any eggs" it's referring back to "the pokemon." At least, that's how I would see it.

There is no word which activly is refering back to the pokemon; It only is implied.  The word 'they' would refer it back.

It also would work if "and" was added; "None of the pokemon in this group (previously known as No Eggs) are able to breed, and thus do not produce any eggs."  It's awkward to read as it is.

It is grammatically correct. linkpower22 is correct, it refers back to "the pokemon".

Fritjof is also right with her last comment, adding "and" might make it clearer.
