Is it normal that stunfisk is in water 1 egg group? It doesn't say anything about it being a 7th non water pokemon in the egg group. Is it some sort of typo?

I bred an adamant Stunfisk with my Dratini to get an Adamant Bulknite once, it was cool.

Although it's not water type, Stunfisk are found in shallow water, and they are based on a fish. So, yes it is in the Water 1 group. Pokedex 3D also confirms this.
