Problem with catch rate thing...

Whats this 45 thing?

And i think i should ask this question in META since this is another problem with pokedex data in pokemondb...

The 45 is a number representing the catch rate, it's what the game uses internally. It ranges from 3 to 255. Higher numbers = easier to catch.

I ought to make a page explaining some of these concepts.
