Wall Posting Problem?

Question

If I go to someone's profile on Pokébase, I'm allowed to post on other people's walls. But if I try to post on someone's wall on Pokébase or Meta it says:

You do not have permission to perform this operation

Is this because of the new '' 100 points to upvote'' rule or what?

Yeah, unfortunately I'm pretty sure it's exactly that. The point cap. Sorry xD. (Btw I might be wrong so a mod or Pm can correct me)

You need 30 points on the section you're on to post on a wall in that section.
