Oh sorry I meant the shiny sprite. When I select shiny it isn't used in a match. Idk how they acquire the sprites but I almost want to send in my gourgiest so they can add it.

EDIT (Many of the missing sprites are included in the shiny pages for some reason - no idea why):
I found the Flabebe/Floette/Florges in the shiny sprites section - the Flabebe and Floette sprites look similar enough to be used as non-shiny substitutes.
