Let us "reply" to comments (suggestion)

Question

I mean like, YouTube system. Someone makes a comment, either they could be a reply button or the + or @ thing they do. Specifically replies to a post, and if they optioned to it, emails it. Possibly even an alert on your profile page, but we can do without that really.

Yeah, my wonderful question from my newbie days says it all - Pokemaster doesn't wanna do it since questions/answers don't normally receive that many comments.
