Suggestion: remove questions with the "thread" tag from the "no selected answer" section.

The really is no reason for them to be there.
Another suggestion (which would be alot harder to do): have mods answer filler-best-answers on Every. Single. Thread.

I feel like this was suggested before, couldn't find it though.

They mostly do the second option on threads. For example, they post the rules on posting on the thread, and then they BA the answer to keep it at the top.
