Suggestion: Incoming Message Beep

I think it would be very handy for the chat to beep every time someone sends a message, meaning you don't have to keep checking to see. There should also be an option to mute it if some people don't like it. It's just a simple thing that could improve the chat so much more in my opinion.

There was a suggestion earlier that suggested that the tab with chat open would glow when a new message appeared. I honestly think this would be much more useful and less annoying than a beep.

The tab would glow? I don't think that's possible with coding... but it might say "(#) Chat Room - Pokebase Poke..." with the # being the number of messages received.

I'm not sure it is possible. The tab css isn't accessible by PM as it's owned by Google. Indigo's idea would be far easier.
