Most of the Moveset Questions on the site are severely outdated, coming from 2010-2012 for the majority. Also, some of the movesets kinda stink. They were good when they were posted, but once compared to today's metagame, many of them are invalid and a little strange. My suggestion is to wipe them clean and start fresh, thus making more identifiable with competitive battling of today.

That would be an incredible amount of work and you can just check current movesets in smogon.
Or, just add to them with more up to date movesets.
Can it be made where the most recent answer appears first? Usually they are all last.
I agree. You know how long it took me to find a gen 6 moveset for my team? 5 MINUTES!! 5minutes of my life wasted unless we get updated movesets! Who knows what good to the world I could have done in 5 minutes!!!
If it's a good moveset then it will get upvoted and move to the top anyway.
Exactly what Sciz said. The old movesets work well if used correctly.
I agree it is problematic, even the upvote system doesn't solve everything due to the old posts have high points. But I don't think this is the solution. I'll try coming up with more ideas.
Also we don't restrict movesets to only Gen 6.
People do also label their movesets for what gen it is, so it's not a huge problem, and you can just look at when it's posted.

I wouldn't mind this cleanup, but I'd prefer just the labeling of dated movesets to their respective generation.
Hmm maybe tagging them in some manner, like "Gen 6 usage" or "Gen 4 usage" could be useful, with the recent generation answers going up top, and the lower ones below.
