Can we decide whether these are allowed?

Personally I really don't think they should be, because after all this is a DATABASE site called Pokemon DATABASE which mean this site has a DATABASE of moves (level up/ egg/ TM) for all Pokemon.

I mean, I might be focusing too much on the DATABASE aspect, but that's just me.

Not to mention iris ridiculously easy to find this information. So I'd also say they shouldn't be allowed.
I partially agree that they shouldn't be asked due to the information being so easy to get. But I could also say that to 95% of the other questions on the database. As long as people are happy to answer (which most are) I personally see little wrong with asking them.  There'd only be a couple a questions a day if we stopped people from asking fairly easy questions.
^^
Let lazy people be lazy I suppose.

what about if "Can 'Y' Pokemon learn 'Y' move?" questions? People may know what moves Clawitzer can learn, but what about Dragalge?

No they are not allowed if they can be easily looked up on this site.

But it's sill OK to ask how a Pokemon can get certain moves, like egg moves which may not always be simple.
