There are a plethora of Meta posts about small suggestions to the site — nothing major, just minor QOL features, additions to the rules, small additions to areas of the DB, etc.

I could go on. In fact, suggestion is the most popular tag and minor-suggestion is the 21st most popular. Instead of having all of these suggestions be posted as individual questions (because there are a lot of them), would it make more sense to have a "mega thread" for them like we do for minor site errors? That would keep them all in one place so that they are easy to keep track of, and none would be forgotten or buried. They can still be voted on and commented on like normal questions, but they are all kept in one place for the sake of accessibility and visibility.

One can argue that using the tags I mentioned before would solve that problem, but one can also argue that the same thing could be done with minor errors. As with site errors, large enough suggestions (like this and this) can be made as their own posts, but most smaller suggestions would go on the mega thread. As with minor errors, if someone makes a post and it seems more appropriate for the mega-thread we can suggest it be moved there.

Any thoughts, criticisms, suggestions, minor suggestions, or other feedback?

I disagree. Compiling them into a thread would create a cluttered mess that requires scrolling through multiple pages to find anything, as shown in the minor site errors thread.
@Indigo, I was just linking questions with "minor suggestion" in either the title or the tags, and you're correct that what counts as a minor suggestion isn't clearly defined. You make some good points :) My thoughts were that a single thread for suggestions would be more accessible than having them all split up separately. But, if the current system is working fine, then perhaps my idea is unnecessary.
If anything is that important, it will be bumped up or reposted eventually.
@JarJar~ (Comment 1) That's why we have the search button.

I don't see a need for this. As JarJar said compiling them into one thread will get cluttered very quickly. It's different to the minor errors thread because (at least in theory) errors get fixed fairly quickly, while suggestions may sit around for a long time before I do them.

Plus with them as separate questions it avoids duplicates, because if I disagree with a feature I would hide the answer in the compilation thread, but with separate questions it's clear to everyone that a request was turned down.
