Actually, Quick Claw isn't banned. However, it is looked down upon in competitive battling and will be banned in database tournaments.

Fix Emboars EV spread, consider throwing Calm Mind on Cofagrigas and Dragonite needs Multiscale, especially as a special attacker. Quick Claw as a general rule of thumb is viewed as cheap, but how people view you as far your skill level goes is on you. I won't say that I have never been hit on the last turn before Toxic kills a Curse Sweeper Umbreon becausee its Quick Claw Triggers and I eat a Payback that ends my Dragonte. very frustrating. luck is part of skill, however dumb luck is not.

Okay Lets do this!!

1)Actually for your aggron Quick claw isn't needed at all as it is banned in some tournaments but it would be useful for the battle subway.I recomend you use this set.
Aggron (M) @ Leftovers/Air balloon
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 60 HP / 252 Atk / 196 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Autotomize
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
ok so with this set that aggron will be hitting like a monster and after an automotize or 2 he wil pretty damn fast.

2)Cofagrigus looks pretty good to me

3)Now for your emboar this is rather a normal set.Wild charge would be great if he had the ablity reckless.But it didnt come out yet.So its better to go with a competitive move like thunderpunch.It has decent power and a god chance to paralyse your opponent.So keep thunder punch instead of wild charge.The rest of the moves are good.

4)Dragonite.Ah one of my favourite Pokemons of all time.I see you are trying to use a special set.But it would be great with multiscale so here is a good moveset I will provide.
Dragonite (M) @ Focus sash
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 100 HP / 96 Atk / 156 Def / 156 SAtk
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)

Outrage
Light Screen
Fire Blast
Roost

5)Now electivire.Good moveset.Just switch air balloon with choice scarf.Anyways air ballon is only good for the battle subway.Normal battle it will just pop.

6)Now for braviary.Why do you need 2 flying type moves?I see that you have the sharp beak for extra power.replace that with leftovers.And replace fly with shadow claw.
