Looks great but I have options to consider if you feel it would improve the team:

Gengar is fast as is Scarf is pretty unnecessary outside of Tricking it to your Opponent which is pretty gimmicky. I use a set of Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Focus Blast/Destiny Bond or Hypnosis. if you use Destiny Bond run a Focus Sash or Life Orb, but Sash is more effective. Abuse Gengars high SAtk and Spd, then when Sash saves from a OHKO you use your crazy Spd to D Bond and get a free KO. Hypnosis isn't super reliable, but a Wide Lens helps, and Focus Blast also benefits from it.

I realize most of the rest of your team is Choiced but SR needs to be moved. Skarmory loses a ton of longevity if you don't have Roost. I would find a Rock setter to pit on this team. other that that it all looks good :)

hope that helps.

This answer isn't all that great......................
Scarf and trick isn't gimmicky at all. It can ruin Stall Pokemon you can go against.
After tricking a stall Pokemon or a sweeper I can either get Life Orb or Leftovers, the common item for sweepers and stall Pokemon, which works out nicely. Hypnosis is really horrible for Gengar unless you have Dream Eater, still it isn't that great, in my opinion. Destiny Bond never really worked out with me. Skarmory is staying as it is, but I am switching Spikes for Roost.
I personally have had better luck with a LO all out attack Gengar or a SubSplit set. but that may not work as well with your play style. my style is aggressive and keeps the pressure on the opponent. i have a strong defensive core to help suck up attacks that are pretty much a OHKO but even my walls do massive damage. basically the goal for my teams is to shuffle your team around to rack up EH damage or OHKO anything that i can. but you may like Stalling focused teams. you may like set up sweepers. you may play the Paraflinch/parafusion game. i haven't battled you so i don't know. if it doesn't apply, let it fly. basically if it doesn't work for your team, don't use it.
