I'm posting my best Tiershift team here. I have 1720 p on the main ladder so im not a noob.
For you noobs that dont know what Tiershift is.
Read this
- Pokemon in UU get a boost of 5 to each stat.
- Pokemon in RU get a boost of 10 to each stat.
- Pokemon in NU get a boost of 15 to each stat.

EVs: 252 SDef / 248 HP / 8 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Confuse Ray
- Fire Blast
- SolarBeam
- Substitute
Ninetales I pretty much use Ninetales to get sun but sometimes this thing kills like 3 of the foes pokemon which is very good. SolarBeam is the main draw of this set; 2HKOing Tyranitar and Politoed is no small feat. It also hits most Water-types for decent damage.

This thing is OP in Tiershift Base Stats: 75 HP / 140 Atk / 65 Def / 112 SpA / 65 SpD / 110 Spe + RU Boost (RU Boost = +10 to all Base Stats) So the Tiershift stats for Archeops is 85 HP / 150 Atk / 75 Def / 122 SpA / 75 SpD / 120 Spe 150 Attack and 120 Speed is too OP. but Archeops is not banned in Tiershift yet :P.

- Ice Beam/ Hidden Power (Fire)
Trace is very useful switch in on a flash fire pokemon like Flareon and it will give you flash fire boost. Im thinking of Hidden Power fire. because HP fire gets Sunny day boost and can get Flash Fire Trace boost and then it does tons of damage to grass types.

Adamant Nature

This team's spinner. This team needs a spinner because of Charizard & C:O. Rock Blast Brakes through Substitutes. It's a simple Armaldo set i dont have very much to say about it.

252 SpA Choice Specs Solar Power Charizard Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 252+ SpD Blissey in sun: 340-402 (52.14 - 61.65%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
So this thing 2HKO's two very bulky pokemon when stealth rocks is up
and it OHKO almost everything that is common in Tierhsift.

Victini is very powerful i use it Banded but maybe i shall use it Scarfed......
