Gonna Copy and Paste my Smogon descriptions.. Team stinks, I know, but I feel that it has great potential, if only someone would clean it up.

enter image description here

Salamc (Salamence) @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SDef / 220 Atk / 36 HP
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Roost

I got a request for Specially Defensive Sal, and here it is. Roost heals, we don't want Sal going down early. Outrage and E-Quake don't need any explaining, and Crunch is for Type Coverage for the team. Life Orb adds a nice little boost to the attacks. The unfortunate thing about this set it that it has no speed, and other Salamence KO it quickly. Scarf won't work with Roost.. Suggestions, please.

Kazem (Alakazam) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Encore
- Focus Blast

I've often used a similiar set, and it works well. Alakazam doesn't provide much synergy, so I will replace it if nesessary. I mainly added it for its sweeping capabilities, but I seem to have too many special attackers. Thoughts?
Encore can be surprisingly annoying, and can mess up a Pokemon long enough for me to switch and KO it. Psyshock is STAB, Shadow Ball and Focus Blast are coverage. The EV spread is typical, relying on sweeping. Magic Guard is a must-have. Thinking of Psychic over Psyshock, but then Specially Defensive Pokemon will wall me.

Dealt With You (Donphan) @ Soft Sand
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 30 HP / 252 Atk / 226 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin

This is my Defensive Wall. Donphan is an excellent Pokemon to run a SR and Spinner set, and has access to Ice Shard for priority and coverage. Earthquake is too obvious, just a powerful STAB Ground Type attack. I was thinking of adding Seed Bomb, which I know from experience is surprisingly good on Sturdy Donphan. Leftovers can heal off Stealth Rock damage after a few turns, allowing Sturdy to activate again after I spin away the stones. He's mainly here to set up hazards and spin, but I prefer him to Forretress in this case because of his attacking capabilities. Synergizes by being a Physical Attacker.

Heatran% (Heatran) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Protect
- Roar

Roars out Pokes that want to set up, can burn with Lava Plume. Leftovers and Protect allows some stalling. The EV spread is a Specially Defensive one, but I'm thinking of adding more HP investment for longer survival against Physical Attacks, as I seem to be lacking in Physical Walls. Heatran's mostly here to switch in and take a hit, then say "Get out". It also adds some synergy with its Fire Typing.

enter image description here

Galvantually (Galvantula) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Unnerve
EVs: 252 Spd / 200 SAtk / 56 HP
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain
- Bug Buzz
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I wanted an Electric Type, decided not to use Jolteon this time. I usually send out Galvantula as a late game sweeper, and it has so far not disappointed me. 252 EVs in Speed and Timid Nature make it fairly fast, and the Expert Belt boosted SpeAtt moves are nothing to laugh at. A Galvantula running this set can cover a surprising number of Pokemon. Giga Drain for Type coverage and Healing, HP Ice for coverage(hits Dragons, I've KO'd so many with this thing), Volt Switch for STAB and getting the heck outta there, and Bug Buzz is STAB.

VapDeal With It (Vaporeon) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 20 SAtk / 236 SDef
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Scald
- Toxic
- Ice Beam

This is my Rain Counter. It's mainly a Staller(like most Vaporeon) with 236 SpeDef EVs, Lefties, Toxic, and Protect. Scald can burn(Scizor hates that) and is STAB, and Ice Beam hits enemy Salamence and Grass Types. Water Absorb Ability allows my to switch into Politoad. So far have not had any trouble here, you can't go wrong with staller Vaporeon.
__

Pics to come soon.
I will not replace Galvantula, and Sal must remain Specially Defensive. Politoad stalls out Vaporeon with Toxic, I am sad to say, so I'm considering Hydration.
I need more Defense, and less Special Defense.
So far, Rain Teams are this team's death.

I suggest Thunder > Volt Switch. I know you need to switch out, but that power...
I've gotten that suggestion before, and I am considering it. Especially since Rain is giving me trouble. Thanks Flare.
No problem ^.^
WHoa, how'd I get an up vote?
By looking at the number rise from 0 to 1... :D
I got this. Answering soon.
Looking to steal Mr.K's BA, huh? JK.
Yes ofc. ^-^

So to start.

Salamence
Ah the Salad that breaks our teeth. Nice idea with the SDef.
here is an alternate set that should be taking hits somewhat better. Salamence actually has a decent HP Stat that we can abuse way more then you are currently doing.

Salamc (Salamence) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Protect

So, EQ hits most steel types who will be walling your toxic. Roost is as you said, major recovery. Protect is for Lefties and Toxic to take a turn. And Toxic is for.... a OHKO.

With your previous set
252 SpA Keldeo Hidden Power Ice vs. 36 HP / 252 SpD Salamence: 280-332 (82.35 - 97.64%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Still not bad considering he's 4X weak to Ice
252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Hydro Pump vs. 36 HP / 252 SpD Salamence in rain: 146-172 (42.94 - 50.58%) -- 2.34% chance to 2HKO

With suggested set:
252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Salamence in rain: 133-158 (33.75 - 40.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Obviously Starmie will use Ice Beam on poor Salad, but the calc is to show you how beastly he really is with the EV spread.
252 SpA Keldeo Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Salamence: 252-300 (63.95 - 76.14%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
HP Ice + 4X effectiveness. ... :O whoa. Roost will heal off damage. Nuff said.

As you can see Salad takes hit way better with max EVs and a nature for SDef. If you wanted an attacking wall then I could suggest some much better pokes :P

Alakazam
Well the dearly beloved psychopath is truly monstrous, you do need a physical counterpart.

Scizornician will provide well here.

I suggest a BulkBand set and with three pokes to switch out to for incoming fire attacks he'll do quite nicely. He will also work well with Galva as his ally.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bug Bite
- Bullet Punch
- Aerial Ace
- Superpower

So BandNician. Power and danger rolled together. Bug Bite is main stab of course. BP is your STAB priority, Aerial Ace hits bulky fighting types like Conkeldurr. Superpower is major assist to Galva in order to destroy steel types.

Donphan
Our DwarfElephant. Works so well.

I love how you put Soft Sand on him and called it leftovers. Simply brilliant.

Dealt With You (Donphan) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 152 HP / 104 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin

So I change the item :P and also the EVs. This is a set that I have tried and I quite like it.

Heatran
I love this guy. So many possible sets and roles. I see you went for some sort of....thing... set. Not sure what it is tbh :P So I'll give you two sets here. Special defense set and Special attacker set.

Special Defense:
Heatran% (Heatran) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Lava Plume
- Protect
- Earth Power

So WOW is to screw non-guts physical attackers. Protect is for Lefties/stall to take effect. Plume and Earth Power are your coverage moves. EVs are maxed for SDef. Flash Fire is essential to keep Scizor and Galva safe from volcanoes.

Special Attack:
Heatran% (Heatran) @ Life Orb
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Earth Power
- Lava Plume
- Dark Pulse
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Moves are all for coverage with Lava Plume being main STAB. Life Orb is nice for you to switch between moves so you don't get trapped. I went speed > bulk as most of your pokemon right now lack speed, except for Galva.

I personally suggest the Defensive set as that's what I prefer Heatran as, but either works.

Galvantula
Your main Special sweeper.

Galvantually (Galvantula) @ Life Orb
Trait: Unnerve
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain
- Bug Buzz
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Not too many changes I would suggest here. LO > Expert Belt for a more powerful attack. Natures don't really help out in this case unless you want to run Thunder > Volt Switch in which case go for Compound Eyes.

Vaporeon
Such a beautiful pokemon. Going to suggest a switcheroo in roles here. Go Defensive > Special Defense.

VapDeal With It (Vaporeon) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Scald
- Toxic
- Ice Beam

You may be outstalled by Politoed but you can switch to deal with him. And Toed runs so many different sets that you won't always be dealing with stall. Keep Water Absorb, it helps the rest of your team in their water weakness.

Those are my suggestions for the team, if you don't like Choice Band then LO works on Sciz as well.

This link shows you weaknesses/resistances with your team before the edit, Link
This is with my change, Link
Some weakness to Water and Fire, but shouldn't be too bad. Rock is unbalanced with two weak to it and one resist. But I think you should be ok.

Good Luck and I hope this helps.

Das a pretty Trippy Salamence moveset.
Det Scizornician XD
IKR? @ FusionFlare

Thanks Soooooo much, Mr.K. I didn't realize i still had Soft Sand, ROFL.
But you called Compound Eyes a Nature, soo.. :P

Please don't take offense if I don't immediately give BA. ;P I gotta test this stuff.
lol so I did :P

And it's definitely a good idea to test first, so none taken.
