I open with Omastar who I use to lay down as many hazards as I can. Then I type match the person as best I can until the end. Substitute doesn't seem to work very well for Omastar. Thank you!

P.S. I'm not really sure what kind of strategy you would call this. Offensive stalling? XD

I suggest putting Sucker Punch on Absol, as it provides some much needed speed
I think Lefties > Red Card on Omastar. Then replace Sub for Protect to gain HP. Put Waterfall to avoid being Taunt bait for Toxic Spikes. Now put some attack EVs on Omastar and Special wall. I'm not that experienced in RU, but I think these changes on Omastar will support your team better :]
Absol- Sucker Punch > Baton Pass: Lacks the Bulk to Effectively pull off a BP Set with the lack of Substitute. An idea BP+Sub Absol Set wouldn't benefit your Team at all, as it isn't based offf of BP Stat passes, but here it is anyway:

<Baton Pass Absol>
Absol @ Leftovers
Trait: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Sucker Punch
- Baton Pass
- Swords Dance
- Substitute

An ideal Baton Pass Absol Set that relies on the element of surprise and to be used by an Advanced Competitive Player. Set up a Sub against a foe predicting a Sucker Punch, Set Up a SD and BP. ←NOT SUGGESTED

Rather, use an alternate SD Absol Set.

<trachy's SD Absol>
Absol @ Leftovers
Trait: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

The most Standard yet Effective Absol Set in the Competitive world thus far, this Jolly Natured Absol becomes a nightmare after +2 Atk (1 SD Use) behind a Sub. ←SUGGESTED
Tangrowth- Completely Walled by Roselia, and absolute Sap Sipper Bait. Where's HP [Fire]? Hidden Power [Fire] > Toxic: Leech Seed itself is a Stalling Utility, albeit a less reliable one. Equip a Lum Berry or the Leftovers: Evading a Toxic is essential in Tangrowth's survivalability; Leftovers for additional Recovery.
Electivire- Walled by Ground Type; Counter is a poor choice on a Pokemon that has sub-par Bulk. The Team would enjoy a Scarfer, and he is a great choice:

<Mixed CS Electivire>
Electivire @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Vital Spirit | Motor Drive
EVs: 116 Atk / 160 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Volt Switch
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Hidden Power [Fire]

A Mixed Scarfed Electrivire that provides it's Teammates with a Sleep Immunity. The Naive Nature Natured Thunderbolt Pokemon uses a combination of Ice+Ground Type Moves and a pseudo BoltBeam to score excellent Coverage, while using Hidden Power [Fire] to remove the Pokemon that would otherwise Wall it (Tangrowth, Steelix, Ferroseed, etc).
Druddigon- Earthquake > Dragon Claw: Walled otherwise by Steel Type, you already have a decent STAB in Dragon Tail.
Escavilier: Too slow to pull off SD Set. Use Smogon's Basic CB Set ("Offensive") → http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/escavalier
BrightPowder? Whats up wit dat?
Erick, I thought you said mixed Clear Skies (CS) set there XD
Oh, no, CS in this case stands for Choice Scarf.
