Alakazam
Go with Timid Nature.
Encore > HP Fire

Scrafty

Defensive investment instead of SDef. Go 200 HP EVs and 52 Def.

Chandelure

Add some Spedefsive investment.

Kyurem-B
...I'll let someone else deal with that set...>.<

Blissey
Hidden Power Ground? Go with Charge Beam over Softboiled, and use Toxic instead of Hidden Power.

Gliscor
252 HP, 24 Atk, 128 Def
Keldeo, and fighting types that run dark and ice coverage moves, may be an issue. But it looks nice.
However some of the natures are odd. For example, a naive nature would probably be better for kyurem, and timid would likely be better for alakazaam.
Defenitely go with timid on Alakazam, but I personally prefer using hidden power fire over encore. It is actually quite an effective sweeping set.
Encore is really nice but I honestly it's a 1 trick card. Once they know you have it, your opponent tends to be extremely careful as to what moves they use, or they just switch out, and TBH 8 PP doesn't go far with as often as you'll be trying to bring it in to use Encore and force switches.
i say kyrem is okay could be better i guess
Sorry but this is far to short to be an answer. Welcome to the site. Can you convert this to a comment?
Way ahead of ya
Thanks swag. Personally I always liked ice beam on mixed kyurem b.
I`ll rate this soon

This is a nice looking team. After having just battled it I decided to rate it because I have no life, thus nothing better to do and it's a good team and has a lot of potential :)

Alakazam - Honestly I don't know why people run Hidden Power [Fire] on Alakazam. There are 2 things you need it to hit, those being Ferrothorn and Scizor. Scizor can take Alakazam down with a Bullet Punch anyway, and Focus Blast and HP Fire both 2HKO Ferrothorn. Maybe it's a more reliable way to kill Ferro, but is it really neccassary to take up an entire moveslot for the sake of eliably 2HKO'ing a single pokemon when you already have a move capable of doing so, albeit slightly unreliable? Try replacing Hidden Power Fire with Substitute, and make his Nature Timid. Other than that you're looking snazzy.

Scrafty - I prefer Dragon Dance Scrafty but if that works for you, keep it by all means. My one sugestion is that you run Shed Skin > Moxie to shrug off any burns you might recive from Sableye or Volcarona.

Chandelure - You seem to lack a Scarfer, and honestly I'm seeing Chandelure as that guy. He has amazing SAtk and at acceptable speed, and I can see him pulling some late game sweeps. Keep his current moveset, but add Hidden Power Ice to take down Dragon and Ground types, and ofc change his item to a Choice Scarf, while giving him a spread of 252 SAtk / 4 Def / 252 Spd and a Timid Nature.

Kyurem-B - You told me yourself that Kyurem wasn't doing a whole lot for the team and with his Rock weakness, I can see why. Replace Kyurem with Tentacruel.

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Trait: Rain Dish/Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spd
Bold Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic
- Scald
- Substitute

Standard mixed bulk Tentacruel, but I gave it 4 more speed than the Smogon variant so you can troll them with Substitute c:

Blissey - Go for Wish + Protect instead of Softboiled and Wish, and replace Aromatherapy for Toxic (as Gliscor will have his poison and Scrafty should be running Shed Skin) to wear down opponents and lastly, replace HP Ground for Seismic Toss.

Gliscor - Ice Fang > Fire Fang, otherwise I have no suggestions.

Sorry if it seemed kind of short but the team isn't too bad as is and most of the corrections were small ones, which is a good problem to have :)
