If Doc sucks at battling then I have decided to quit battling forevah.
Well maybe it's only today but I have lost like almost every battle this afternoon :\
It's day thing, there was one time, a glorious summer day, I lost everything. Great teams, sucky losses. The next day I couldn't stop winning. So trust me, it's a day thing, your body/mind is just taking a break from being super awesome.
Lol ok xD

Hello Flame, welcome to RU.

This is overall a decent Team that has a lot of room for improvement. Based off of the Pokemon apart of this Team, it appears to be a Bulky Offense Team, which focuses on Setting Up Haxards, relying on a Defensive Core as the backbone of the Team, and Sweeping with the other members of the Team. That being said, the Team can be improved using those elements:

Note: The suggested Sets below will be organized by Numbers that correspond to one another. For example, "Set 1" of Pokemon A will correlate with "Set 1" of Pokemon B.

Hazard Setter

Custap Lead Crustle > Sandalsh <--- lol r u serious

Crustle (F) @ Custap Berry
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Rock Blast
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes

The Team does not mind Hazards at all, so a Spinner isn't necessary. The Custap Lead Crustle is capable of Rock Blast'ing past Snover's Focus Sash, while getting up your Hazards, and quick. Earthquake is an optional Coverage Move. The given Spread grant him the amount of Speed it needs to outspeed a Jolly Natured 252 Spd Snover and get up the Hazards that it's Teammates reliy on.

Defensive Core

Two Physically Defensive Walls making up your Defensive Core brings the Team at a lack of a Specially Defensive Wall to absorb Special Atttacks, so I suggest:

Slowking > Quagsire

Slowking (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 184 HP / 252 Def / 16 SAtk / 56 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Flamethrower
- Toxic
- Slack Off

Slowking is a superior choice over Quagsire as it's Typing allow it to make up the Physical part of your Defensive Regenerator Core, taking the strongest Physical Threats in the Tier, such as Emboar and Kabutops. Scald is a STAB that can also cause it's target to be Burned, further allowing him to Tank Physical hits, while Flamethrower hits the omnipresent Grass Type of the RU Tier that resist it. Toxic allows him to wear down the Bulky Waters such as Alomola that resist his Fire+Water Coverage. The given EV Spread grants him the Maximum amount of Defense needed to absorb Physical Attacks, while still being able to take a Hidden Power [Grass] or Volt Switch well.

Specially Defensive Wall > Physical Wall

Amoonguss (F) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Effect Spore
EVs: 84 HP / 156 Def / 16 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Clear Smog
- Stun Spore
- Spore

Specially Defensive Amoongus makes up the Special part of your Defensive Core as it's Typing is better prepared to take the RU's Tiers Grass Type Sweepers, such as out right Countering Lilligant and Special Sceptile. Giga Drain his her main choice of STAB, removing the Bulky Waters that would otherwise threaten Slowking with Toxic, while Clear Smog is another choice of STAB for removing the Quiver Dance Boost Lilligant think that she can Sweep with. Spore is her signature Move, granting her Teammates with a 100% Accurate Sleep Move, while Stun Spore slows down Speedy threats that try to switch from the pressure produced from Spore. The given Spread takes advantage of her massive HP Stat, investing only where she needs it, while giving her the ability to wall many Special Attackers and take a Physical Attack just in case she needs to slow down something attacking from the Physical side.

Offensive Roles

Scarf > Specs

Manectric (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Flamethrower
- Switcheroo

This Team is lacking a Revenge Killer, and Manectric is best prepared for this Role. Switcheroo is the main reason why this Set works so well; it screws over Walls. Volt Switch is her STAB Attack and her Pivot Utility, while Hidden Power [Grass] removes the Ground Type that are Immune to it. Flamethrower is a Coverage Move that decimates the RU Tier's many Grass Type. The given Spread is the Standard Scarfer Set Up: the highest possible Speed to outpace foes, and maximum Special Attack to kill.

Gallade > Medicham

Gallade (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Psycho Cut
- Shadow Sneak
- Swords Dance

Just take a good hard look at the RU TIer's "premier Wall Breaker". Although Medicham has an appealing Ability in Pure Power, Gallade is a better choice as his access to Swords Dance and a Priority Utility makes him nearly an unstoppable force after a single Swords Dance use. With this monstrous Attack Power, Gallade can ravage the opponents Team with his STAB Close Combat and Psycho Cut, while killing off Speedy threats with his Priority in Shadow Sneak. All who face the mighty Knight Gallade will fall! The given EV Spread allows him the maximum amount of Speed and Attack he needs to Sweep, while the Lum Berry shrugs off Burns from Spiritomb while he Sword Dance's to Shadow Sneak's KO range.

SleepTalk Mixed Wall > Crotomb

Spiritomb (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 236 HP / 20 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Foul Play
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

That's not my Set bro. It's 236 HP / 4 Def / 16 SAtk / 252 SDef. But that Set doesn't fit into this Team very well, considering that Gallade is already the Set Up Sweeper/Tank. So I suggest the SleepTalk Mixed Wall Set over that, to grant the Team a Burn Utility outside of Slowking's Scald and a Spin Blocker that beats Crygonal. Foul Play handles the mightiest of Physical Attackers, while Will-O-Wisp reduces there Attack Power. The RestTalk strategy allows Spiritomb a viable form of Recovery outside of Pain Split. The given Set grants him with the Bulk he needs to take Attacks and Check.

Here goes that Rate I promised Flame, good luck with your RU Battles in the future!
