Yes I quit battling for a while. And yes even though I did I am still rating this. And yes this will not be anything like my older RMT's it's been a while.
____

Raikou

Rainkou :D you don't see lots of these guys around. Ok so this guy should probably be a guy who uses a lot of attack's in OU priority rules and you won't get a lot of chances to set up because of his horrible typing, meaning that any good move that's neutral to this guy can break his sub. I would suggest this set: Weather Ball, Thunder (Why do you have T-Bolt it's a rain team), Aura Sphere, and Volt Switch/Hidden Power [Ice]. Unfortunately, on Showdown you will need Rash Nature to get Aura Sphere and some other moves, because those moves are the ones you get through an event, and the event Raikou had Rash Nature. Anyway if you like Raikou keep it, otherwise try out these electric type Pokemon that are also great in Rain OU:

Rotom-W @Leftovers/Chesto Berry
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 28 SpA / 232 SpD
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunder/Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split (Lefties)/Rest (Chesto Berry)

Bulky Rotom-W is a great addition to your team, because it can provide you with the bulk you need. More Rotom-W sets.

Or maybe you can try Jolteon

Jolteon @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- HIdden Power [Ice]
- Signal Beam

Scarf Jolteon is pretty unexpected, while maintaining the power it needs. It also shocks the electric moves that your team is kinda weak to. More Jolteon sets.
____

Volcarona

Ok so the first thing I notice is the Life Orb? Lolwut? With the popularity of Stealth Rocks and the fact that you lack the spinner, and that you only have Giga Drain as healing (which isn't the most realible healing type move), Life Orb will kill Volc in a matter of seconds. Honestly, I would put Fire Blast/Fiery Dance there, because even though it's rain, that's your only way of killing Scizor and other steels (cough cough Ferrothorn, which you need to kill quickly before it can use T-Wave). Or you can opt for the Heatran killer, Hidden Power [Water/Ground]. They both have there pro's and con's, just find the right one to suit you. Also, the item should be Lum Berry or Leftovers. And go for Timid > Modest. This allows you to outspeed more things when you only have one Quiver Dance up.
_____

Politoed

Woah, back up here. I feel like you are trying to mix this guy with s special attacker and wall. So I would honestly make this guy bulky > powerful. This is my set on Politoed that I used to use a lot.

Politoed @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 SpA
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Protect
- Perish Song
- Surf (more power)/Scald (Burn those Ferro's)

This guy can survive longer, also can tank Energy Ball from Ninetails. More Politoed sets.
____

Latias

Ok, good, but I would like to put Sub > Roost. Why? Because for one, you can troll Ferrothorn (If it has Power Whip) And stop ToxicPoli. Oh, and for the EVs, have some Speed EVs, like max, so you can outspeed stuff and can actually set up... Maybe 252 Spe and 252 SpA, or the other bulky one, which is 252 Spe 252 HP. Or maybe use Thunder > Surf? that's you choice it doesn't matter a whole lot.
Anyway here are the changes:

  • 252 HP / 252 Def 4 / 4 SpA > 252 HP / 252 Spe / 252 Def OR 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
  • Optional! Thunder > Surf
  • Substitute > Roost (Lefties will do the work, plus Toxic can easily kill this girl's sweep

    Gyarados

Wacan Berry? Um, ok. But honestly, this guy's terrible defenses means that Wacan Berry won't do sht. Go for the better choice of a Lum Berry/Leftovers. The rest of it looks good.... all the way up until Outrage. What? First of all you absolutely need STAB Waterfall. The rest looks ok. Also, Bounce can be a good choice, too.
Short answer, but Gyarados is easily a great set-up sweeper
    ____

    Cresselia

This. Guy. Provides. Nothing. And. The. Fact. That. You. Have. Him. As. A. Special. Attacker. Does. Not. Help. So if you really want to keep this guy, Atleast make him some help and put him as a double screens. But I would really replace this guy with Celebi. Celebi kind of synerges well with the rest of your team members, and it can also use the double screens. But that's not all. If you want another special sweeper, Celebi is your guy. I've noticed that you lack some physical attackers. So let's make this guy have Swords Dance and make him into a Physical Attacker, shall we? Element of surprise.

Celebi @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb
- Zen Headbutt
- Physical Move of choice.

This set abuses it's Atk stat, which is the same as it's SpA, and uses the element of surprise. More Celebi sets.

I understand is this answer isn't the best, it's been so long since I last rated an RMT :\
But good luck with your team! And remember, you don't have to take my advice, try stuff out for yourself and see what fits your style of battling! And of course, have fun :D
