Megalo Cannon is a godsend for Grass type decks. Finally it gets an EX card that can stand toe to toe with the might of such legends as Mewtwo EX and Darkrai EX. In fact, Megalo Cannon gave one powerful EX and one EX that provides excellent support to the team. It also included a great basic Grass type, and Cradily, which is kinda a beast (although Cradily is not featured in this deck). We also got another basic Grass type around the same time as a promo. So Grass is now very much viable. This deck has little in the ways of gimmicks, just a fast and hard hitting deck reliant on the might of basics and Leafeon.

Pokemon: 16

x2 Eevee: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/090.shtml
-Needed for evolution.
x2 Leafeon: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/011.shtml
-Can do lots of damage for only one energy. 20x energy attached to all of my opponent's Pokemon. Easy to make it worth the one energy.
x4 Genesect: http://serebii.net/card/bwpromo/209.shtml
-100 HP basic. Gets out basics. Can do 100 damage for three energy half the time, 80 the other half. Also only one retreat cost. Amazing card and hopefully the English speaking world gets it. Still have no idea what that symbol is on it.
x4 Tropius: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/005.shtml
-So many good Grass types. 100 HP, one retreat cost, Fighting resist, no weakness to Fire. The catch? There is none. Attacks are great. Return is of course a one for 10 with draw power. And its other attack has potential for some solid damage.
x2 Virizion EX: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/009.shtml
-First off it prevents my Pokemon from being affected by Special Conditions. Second, it easily gets energy to my bench, making set-up easy. 170 HP and only one retreat cost is nice also.
x2 Genesect EX: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/010.shtml
-Yep, that's a Catcher effect ability. Abuse that. Three for a damage total of 120. Finally the heavy hitting EX Grass needed.

Trainers: 31

x4 Silver Mirror: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/069.shtml
-And so begins the fall of the EX card.
x4 Ghetsis: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/101.shtml
-Okay, so the Japanese translation was off and it turns out this card is actually amazing. Card drawing mixed with Lass, but without the downside of Lass.
x4 Super Scoop Up: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/103.shtml
-Can be used as a way to heal my Pokemon, but I'm mostly using it to reuse Plasma Energy.
x4 Cheren: http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/091.shtml
-Drawing.
x4 Pokemon Catcher: http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/095.shtml
-It's Pokemon Catcher. Amazing. blah blah blah
x4 Skyla: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/134.shtml
-Gets back Trainers.
x2 Iris: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/071.shtml
-Like a Pluspower but much better. Great to tie things up or gain a lead on the opponent.
x2 Shadow Triad: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/102.shtml
-Gets back Plasma Energy, Ghetsis, Leafeon, and Genesect EX.
x2 Pokemon Communication: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/099.shtml
-Gets me the Pokemon I want.
x1 Computer Search: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/137.shtml
-Gets me the card I need.

Energy: 13

x9 Grass
x4 Plasma Energy: http://serebii.net/card/plasmastorm/127.shtml

Genesect EX with G Booster for 200 damage is why I may completely change my deck to a Genesect/Junk Hunt Sableye.
Maybe Use 2 Genesects and make one a Shaymin Ex and the other can be a amoonguss.
Then you could get rid of 2 pokemon catcher and a gthesis to put in 3 foongus. Confusion is sure to help you win the battle.
