Hai, Mewderator here. This UU team I made has been one of the best I have made recently, managing to sweep both PO and Showdown users with a little bit of preparation. I made this team around a VoltTurn core of Mienshao and Rotom-H, and added 4 support Pokemon that worked together like a charm. The Defensive core sets up status of the opponent, and can deal mediocre amounts of damage to the opponent, while my Specially Defensive core deals constant damage, as well as getting up my hazards. Anyways, enough of me being a total noob here, let's get to my team...

Team Preview:

Synergy:

Ignore Rotom-H's Ground weakness, as this doesn't count abilities...

Mienshao (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

  • Hi Jump Kick
  • Stone Edge
  • Aerial Ace
  • U-turn

By sacrificing one of Mienshao's best abilities, Regenerator, in exchange for raw power, it becomes a force to be reckoned with. After being equipped with a Choice Scarf, Mienshao reaches a ridiculously high speed, allowing for both swiftness and power. Reckless boosted STAB Hi Jump Kick is the main perk for using Reckless. It reaches a power of 216. Ouchies. Stone Edge lands the hit on the Flying Pokemon that want to switch in to sponge the Hi Jump Kick. Aerial Ace allows me to deal with Scarf Heracross. U-turn allows me to get the hell out of any Ghosts coming in to scare Mienshao from using Hi Jump Kick.

Rotom-H @ Choice Specs

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

  • Overheat
  • Volt Switch
  • Hidden Power [Grass]
  • Trick

I can't believe I've never used this guy before. I always used the Scarf set, and now this set has taken over my love. Choice Specs. Getting hit by this oven's attacks is gonna hurt unless you pack a resist. Most people expect Rotom-H to go straight to the Volt Switch to grab momentum right off the bat. That's why I usually go for STAB Overheat if I see no potential loss situation. And take out their lead; usually the hazard setter. If I need to scout, then STAB Volt Switch is my best friend. Hidden Power Grass takes out the two Pokemon that stop my STABs in UU cold - Swampert and Rhyperior. If I can see that Rotom-H's wallbreaking is no longer needed, I could cripple a wall using Trick.

Registeel @ Leftovers

Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)

  • Stealth Rock
  • Thunder Wave
  • Iron Head
  • Seismic Toss

Being a Steel type Pokemon, Registeel beings in some key resistances to the team, such as Dragon, Ice, and Grass. It is also a key member in the sense that it carries my only form of hazards on this team - Stealth Rock. Because of the general slowness of the team and the decision of using Modest on Rotom-H, Thunder Wave is an excellent status move to help my Pokemon make the first strike. In case of Taunters, such as Sableye, I can spam STAB Iron Head at them, forming a mini Para-Flinch combo with Thunder Wave. Finally, for consistent damage, I opted for Seismic Toss to get 100 damage regardless, unless you're a Ghost type. Then, I'll annoy you with....

Umbreon (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Def / 248 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)

  • Wish
  • Protect
  • Heal Bell
  • Foul Play

I needed another Special sponge, as well as a cleric to get rid of burns on Mienshao and Poisoning on Rotom-H. I also needed healing for the 2 Choiced Pokemon. Luckily, UU has Umbreon to do my job. Boasting great defenses and a good HP stat, it can easily tank hits and clear up any problems. For healing, Wish was used to heal the team by Wish Passing and itself. Protect scouts my opponent's next move and heal Umbreon without damage if Wish was used previously. Heal Bell clears up any unwanted status on the team, especially with my sweepers. Finally, Foul Play is my STAB move to prevent Taunt from killing me, and is great for nailing any Physical Pokemon that switch in on Umbreon.

Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 244 Def / 12 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

  • Scald
  • Psychic
  • Flamethrower
  • Slack Off

Seeing how weak my Specially Defensive core was to Fighting moves, I opted for a Defensive core that hopefully would take Fighting moves like no tomorrow. Thank goodness that Bromoonguss is around. Slowbro here is a standard Physical sponge that can wall loads of things... (I'm the best at details :3)
Anyways, due to Regenerator, it will heal when switching out - which this team commonly does. Which is why Bromoonguss works.
Scald is STAB and allows me to get off free burns that bolsters the teams defenses as a whole. Since Slowbro commonly switches into Fighting moves, STAB Psychic is a great way to deal with them. Steel Types and Grass Pokemon that love to switch in don't like taking a Flamethrower right into the face. Slack Off heals Slowbro when its health is dropping.

Amoonguss (F) @ Black Sludge

Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

  • Spore
  • Stun Spore
  • Giga Drain
  • Clear Smog

You can't have a Bromoonguss without an Amoonguss! That rhymed!
Having Regenerator allows me to form an excellent core with Slowbro, and they can resist each other's weaknesses, at times. Amoonguss' main perk of the team is it's 100% accurate Spore, which lets me induce sleep and have an easier time with my sweepers. As people commonly switch out after they have Spore fodder, Stun Spore is a great way to catch opponent's off guard, as they no 2 statused Pokemon as opposed to one. And that still helps my sweepers. STAB Giga Drain allows me to get even more healing by sapping it from my opponents. Clear Smog gets rid of stat boosting Pokemon's boosts: which is especially important for Pokemon like Kingdra and Virizion.

Maybe Fire blast>>> Flamethrower on slowbro for a little extra power and it has a great burn chance.
I use Flamethrower because it has more PP.
Fire Blast is usually better  actially.  But it's prefernce, it has enough power to run thrower if you wish. And btw the burn chance doesn't matter if it runs scald.
Last time I checked you were a male... :P
Thought i saw Exavalier than Regi. Got excited over nothing...  Your core is very, very weak to Trick Sableye, as once Slowbro is tricked with a Choice Band, your core is done. Only thing that can beat this is Rotom, but Sableye with Toxic are usually paired with Sub Kingdras or Sub Electric Types. Stall out your Overheat, and prepare the sweep. Be wary of that.
Sableye doesn't even need to have trick. It walls the whole team single handily. If it runs Toxic then its even more of a problem.  However it can be dealt nicely with by Umbreon who could bounce back a Toxic. If it runs W.O.W though its a bigger problem.

That said it looks a very nice though by the looks of it, it really doesn't appreciate Volt Switching teams.
